Damage, destruction, vandalism

The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the hotel room or to the furniture, technical devices and equipment in it as well as to the hotel unit due to his or their guests' fault or omission. If property damage is found after guests check out, our company reserves the right to charge the customer's credit or debit card. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the customer the cost of replacing any items damaged or removed by guests themselves or their guests without our consent. The charge will correspond to the full amount to replace the lost or damaged item of furniture, equipment or technical device. In the event of loss or damage to the room keys, the customer will be fully responsible for replacing both the room keys and the room lock for security reasons.
